Hi, I’m Kiara! Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade, it has challenged me both mentally and physically. I became a certified yoga teacher to share that same sense of grounding, breath, and self discovery with others.
My teaching style is fun, flowy, and centered on mindful breathing. Beyond the mat, I love movement in all forms—climbing, surfing, biking, and hiking—and I bring that same playful energy into my classes.
My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome to explore, release, and reconnect.
