This website is owned by Groth Mindset, LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"). The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website, halfmoonchicago.com ("Site").

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.   2. Booking and Payment Information - When you purchase memberships, book classes, or make payments, you will be redirected to Momence, our backend studio administrator. Any personal and payment information you provide during that process is collected and processed directly by Momence in accordance with its privacy policy. We do not store or process your full payment details. We may have access to limited information such as your name, class registrations, membership status, and the last four digits of your credit card number for administrative and customer service purposes.

Providing Personal Data is voluntary; however, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to provide requested services.

OTHER INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT.

1. Anonymous Data Collection and Use

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain information such as IP Addresses, browser types and versions, time zones, service providers, pages visited, products viewed, unique device identifiers, operating systems, and similar technical data. Information processed through Momence is retained according to its policies.
