My yoga journey began with my dad teaching me as a way for us to bond and unwind after school. As I got older, it evolved into a complementary practice alongside many years of dance. It wasn't until I took an Intro to Yoga course in college that I realized the true breadth and depth of what yoga actually is. Beyond strengthening my body, it became the thing that grounded me in stressful moments and centered me in a world designed to do the opposite. I completed my 200-hour training in 2024 and have been teaching heated and unheated Vinyasa classes ever since. In my class, expect an environment that prioritizes breath, self-discovery, self-care, and (hopefully) good tunes. Outside of the studio, you can find me in the kitchen or out enjoying Chicago's music scene!
