BECOMING isn’t just a yoga teacher training.
It is a remembering of what has always been true.
A reorientation toward the self you’ve been longing to return to.
And a threshold into the person you are BECOMING next.
For 10 weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in ancient wisdom, therapeutic tools, nervous-system literacy, embodied leadership, and the kind of honest inner work that ripples through every corner of your life.
This 200-hour Yoga Alliance–approved training asks you to slow down — deeply.
To listen.
To breathe.
To peel back the layers of perfectionism, performance, fear, and fatigue.
To choose presence over pressure, compassion over comparison, truth over hustle.
BECOMING is your invitation to live and lead differently — with clarity, groundedness, courage, and an unwavering connection to your inner wisdom.
Welcome Home to Yourself
There is a part of you — wise, intuitive, tender, and brave — that has been waiting for a space like this.
A place where:
your nervous system is honored
your lived experience matters
your growth unfolds at a humane pace
your voice is welcomed and held
your belonging is never questioned
your softness is a strength
your presence is enough
BECOMING is not about achieving anything.
It is about remembering everything you already are. Awakening to your potential.
It is for the part of you that is tired —
tired of rushing, of performing, of minimizing your needs,
tired of moving through life on autopilot.
And it is for the part of you that is longing —
longing for meaning,
for grounding,
for deeper purpose,
for emotional clarity,
for embodied confidence,
for community,
and for a life that feels like it is truly your own.
But BECOMING is also for the part of you that senses something more: the part that knows you are here to make a difference.
To create ripples of compassion in a world that feels chaotic.
To help others feel seen, supported, safe, and whole — simply through your presence.
To move through the world as someone who listens deeply, leads gently, and lives intentionally.
Whether you choose to teach or simply bring these practices into your relationships, your home, your workplace, your parenting, your friendships, your leadership — this work expands far beyond the mat.
This is where the inner shift begins.
And this is where the outer ripple begins too.
Who This Is For
BECOMING is designed for those who are:
craving deeper meaning, clarity, and grounding

You do not need to be advanced, flexible, or experienced.
You only need to feel the pull.

Meet Your Lead Facilitator
Tsha Marie Jacobson, E-RYT 500 (Lead Facilitator)
Tsha is a lifelong mover, educator, and deeply heart-led guide who began her yoga practice over 20 years ago while working as a professional dancer. What started as a way to stay strong and flexible quickly became her anchor, her therapy, and ultimately her Dharma. Yoga changed the way she related to her body, her breath, and her life — and sharing that transformation with others is her greatest purpose.
She has completed over 800 hours of advanced trainings around the world, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed yoga, and advanced anatomy. She has led multiple teacher trainings, each one shaping the intuitive, grounded, compassionate way she holds space.
As Lead Facilitator of BECOMING, Tsha meets every student exactly where they are — gently guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and the teacher that already lives within.
Her teaching integrates:
vinyasa methodology
functional movement science
trauma-aware pedagogy
nervous-system attunement
deep embodied presence
Students describe her as:
steady
intuitive
wise
nurturing
deeply empowering
Her intention is simple: to help you uncover the most authentic, grounded version of yourself — and trust that who you already are is enough. To support your awakening to the most authentic, grounded and brave version of yourself.

FAQs
-
No. Truly — not at all.
You do not need perfect poses, years of experience, or a certain kind of body.
A consistent practice (6–12 months) is required, but flexibility or strength is not a requirement for this work.
We will support you exactly where you are.
-
Perfect. Many students join for personal growth, nervous system support, clarity, confidence, and reconnection with themselves.
Everything you learn — communication skills, embodied leadership, emotional regulation, sequencing, philosophy — applies directly to your daily life, relationships, and work.
Teaching is optional. Transformation is not.
-
Yes. This training is thoughtfully designed with trauma awareness at its core.
We use:choice-based cueing
consent-centered touch
inclusive language
pacing that respects your nervous system
grounding practices
a non-shaming, non-hierarchical learning environment
emotional regulation tools
NVC (Nonviolent Communication) principles
We do not diagnose or treat trauma — but we teach in ways that reduce harm and foster safety.
-
Yes. The program was intentionally created for people with full lives, families, and careers.
Our rhythm of ON weeks, OFF weeks, and structured integration time makes the workload sustainable and supportive rather than overwhelming.
-
We understand that life happens, and occasional absences may be unavoidable. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, but if you need to miss a day, we’ll work closely with you to find an appropriate make-up option.
You may miss up to three sessions with approval from the program director and lead facilitator. Depending on the nature of the session, make-up work may include additional public classes, written assignments, or private review time.
If a private make-up session is required, it will involve an additional fee set by the studio. These sessions are dependent on teacher availability, and we recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can support you with the best available options.
To maintain Yoga Alliance compliance, all missed hours must be completed. If you miss more than three sessions, or if hours are not made up, you may be asked to retake part of the program in a future cycle to ensure competency and eligibility for graduation.
Our intention is always to support your success — with care, honesty, and clear structure.
We’ll work with you — not against you.
-
If teaching is your path, yes.
You’ll graduate able to:craft intelligent, safe sequences
cue with clarity, compassion, and embodiment
