I graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2024 with my BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance. Im originally from Paducah, KY, and just moved to Chicago! I spent two years touring all over the world with Nickelodeon’s Paw Patrol Live! While forever grateful for that experience, it was two years of constant moving, missing holidays, missing home, and living out of hotel rooms. My entire nervous system was out of wack and I yearned for the ability to just…be. To find the calm in the storm. That’s when I found Yoga.

Yoga had all the elements that I loved from dance: the fluidity, the music, the connection to your body, without the competitive nature. It transformed my mindset on movement, and helped me fall back in love with myself, and moving for the fun of it and because I love it! It helped heal parts of my brain that had been warped from years of misguided teachings & I want nothing more than to share that with others. I have my 200 HR in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, and my 20 HR in Restorative through YogaRenew!

As your teacher, I care a lot about creating a welcoming and inviting space while also encouraging challenge! In my classes you can expect to be motivated, encouraged, and leaving feeling fulfilled!
