My yoga journey began in 2007 while training for the Chicago Marathon. Seeking balance amidst the rigorous demands of marathon prep, I stumbled upon yoga and was immediately drawn to its ability to enhance both physical endurance and mental clarity. This discovery ignited a passion that's been with me ever since.​

In my work as a business coach, I emphasize mindfulness, meditation, neuroscience, and non-physical yogic practices like Pranayama breathing. I firmly believe that the principles of yoga extend beyond the mat, offering invaluable tools for personal and professional growth.​

Now, as part of the front desk team at Half Moon Yoga, I'm thrilled to be the welcoming face that greets you as you step into our studio.
