Our yoga, MAT PILATES, & breathwork classes

All classes are focused around the practice of mindful embodiment - deepening our connections with our bodies, our breath, and our higher selves.

Our yoga and Pilates classes incorporate intentional movement, curated music, breathwork, and a long, blissful savasana (we aim for 10 minutes because 5 minutes is never enough!) Classes may also additional elements such as myofascial release using yoga tune-up balls, affirmation cards, optional essential oils, and optional hands-on savasana adjustments.

All classes are open to all levels except WILD THING, which is a more intermediate/advanced class. (That being said, we’ve had plenty of beginners who have enjoyed our WILD THING class - everyone is welcome!) On the more fast-paced end of the spectrum, some of our GLOW classes can also be more challenging, depending on the teacher. If you are brand new to yoga or if you’ve spent some time away from the practice, you’re in great hands - we love our ZEN or HALF MOON classes to start with.

Our most recent class addition is IGNITE, a mat Pilates / yoga fusion class designed to build strength, stability, and core connection — all while staying grounded in mindful movement and the Half Moon vibe you know and love.

Glow & HOT GLOW 🔥

ENERGIZING, EMBODIED, EMPOWERING.

This endorphin-producing vinyasa class is centered around an artfully crafted playlist and moves you through a dynamic, flowing sequence that is designed to help you link breath to movement. GLOW is the high-energy experience you crave, designed to leave you revitalized in mind, body, and soul.

HOT GLOW 🔥 (on Tuesdays at 7am, Tuesdays at 6:45pm, and Thursdays at 7am) cranks up the heat for a challenging and invigorating practice in a heated practice room.

Zen

COZY, BLISSFUL, DECADENT.

Imagine that euphoric, walking-on-clouds feeling you have after receiving the best massage of your life… that’s ZEN.

With a combination of restorative poses and props, yin yoga techniques, breathwork, self massage, and sound healing, ZEN is the bliss you’ve been yearning for. It’s cozy. It’s dreamy. It’s a warm blanket for your soul.

During our ZEN + SOUND classes, the addition of crystal singing bowls elevates this experience by introducing sound vibrations that resonate with the body's energy centers. The harmonious tones facilitate deeper relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and restore balance.

Reset

DELIBERATE, STRONG, ANCHORING.

This moderately paced vinyasa class weaves breath and movement into a seamless, rhythmic flow. Set to a carefully curated soundtrack, RESET invites you to build strength with intention — sharpening focus, softening mental noise, and anchoring you deeply in the present moment.

Half Moon (½  Reset, ½ Zen)

BALANCING, NOURISHING, SUBLIME.

Like peanut butter and chocolate, this class is the perfect blend of two favorites. Why choose just one when you can get both?

HALF MOON weaves together a softer, grounding flow inspired by RESET with the restorative stillness of ZEN — offering movement to awaken the body and space to deeply unwind.

Your new favorite self-care ritual, EXHALE is an invitation to slow down and embrace deep rest. Through guided yoga nidra meditation and an extended, blissful savasana, you'll surrender into stillness and emerge feeling nourished, grounded, and restored.

IGNITE is our signature yoga and mat Pilates fusion class — combining fluid movement with focused core and strength work to help you feel powerful, centered, and fully alive. Rooted in alignment and nervous system support, this class builds stability and muscular awareness — not to chase perfection, but to cultivate strength that feels steady, supportive, and energizing.

Wild Thing

DYNAMIC, CREATIVE, TRANSFORMATIVE.

Think of WILD THING like the cousin of GLOW who marches to the beat of their own drum, gets a little wild, and likes to push boundaries. When you want to shake things up, try some advanced inversions, and challenge yourself - this is the class for you.
